Use Policy

01 Purpose

The Empire Stream TV platform is intended for personal, authorized use by customers with an active account or other authorized access.

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes standards intended to protect customers, the platform, available content, and the integrity of Empire Stream TV services.

02 Account Use

Customers are responsible for activity occurring through their account and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

03 Account Sharing

Your membership is associated with your individual customer account. You may not sell, transfer, rent, lease, or otherwise provide unauthorized access to your account.

Any limits on simultaneous access, devices, locations, or other account-use conditions may be established by the applicable membership plan or platform functionality.

04 Lawful Use

You may use Empire Stream TV only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and policies.

You may not use the platform to facilitate, encourage, or participate in unlawful activity.

Prohibited Conduct Includes

• Attempting to obtain unauthorized access to another customer's account.
• Using the platform to engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Using the service in violation of applicable intellectual property rights.
• Circumventing access restrictions or other security controls.
• Using the platform in a manner that violates applicable law.

05 Content & Access

Available programming and other content accessed through Empire Stream TV may be subject to restrictions, availability limitations, membership requirements, geographic considerations, or other applicable conditions.

Customers may not intentionally bypass restrictions designed to control authorized access to the platform or its available content.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly exhibit, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use platform content except where expressly authorized by Empire Stream TV or permitted by applicable law.

06 Security

Customers may not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of Empire Stream TV systems, accounts, networks, or services.

Examples Include

• Attempting to obtain passwords or authentication credentials belonging to another person.
• Attempting to bypass authentication or authorization systems.
• Attempting to access administrative areas without authorization.
• Introducing malicious software, code, or other harmful material.
• Conducting unauthorized security testing or penetration attempts against the platform.

07 Technology Misuse

You may not use automated tools, scripts, bots, scraping systems, or similar technology to interact with the Empire Stream TV platform in a manner that creates unreasonable load, bypasses controls, or accesses information that is not intended for you.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from proprietary software or systems associated with the platform except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

08 Interference With the Platform

You may not interfere with the normal operation, availability, performance, or security of Empire Stream TV.

• Do not intentionally overload or disrupt platform systems.
• Do not attempt denial-of-service or similar attacks.
• Do not interfere with another customer's authorized use of the service.
• Do not attempt to circumvent technical restrictions designed to protect the platform.

09 Commercial Use

Unless expressly authorized, Empire Stream TV memberships are intended for personal use and may not be resold or commercially redistributed.

You may not use your membership to operate a separate streaming service, public exhibition service, redistribution service, or other commercial offering without appropriate authorization.

10 Enforcement

Empire Stream TV may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may take appropriate action where it determines that platform rules or applicable law have been violated.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, termination of an account, removal of unauthorized access, or other measures reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its customers.
