01 Overview
Empire Stream TV provides subscription-based access to its available entertainment platform and content offerings.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize the applicable recurring subscription charges associated with the membership plan you select, subject to the terms described on the website and during checkout.
Important: Your subscription remains active until it is cancelled or otherwise terminated in accordance with these terms.
02 Membership Plans
Empire Stream TV currently offers the following monthly membership options:
Pricing, plan features, and available content may change from time to time. The price presented to you during checkout is the price applicable to your subscription at the time of purchase, subject to any applicable changes communicated to you.
03 Recurring Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated during checkout.
When you subscribe, you authorize the payment method associated with your account to be charged the applicable membership amount on each recurring billing date.
Your billing date generally corresponds to the date on which your membership begins. Depending on the payment processor, transaction timing may vary slightly.
04 Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled before the next scheduled billing date, your membership will automatically renew for another billing period.
The applicable subscription fee will be charged using the payment method associated with your account.
You are responsible for cancelling your membership before the next billing date if you do not wish to incur the next recurring charge.
Tip: Review your membership status before your next billing date if you no longer want recurring access.
05 Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your Empire Stream TV membership through the cancellation method made available to you by Empire Stream TV.
Cancellation stops future recurring billing after the cancellation has been successfully processed.
If a cancellation request is submitted after a recurring charge has already been processed, the cancellation generally applies to the next billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Empire Stream TV.
Cancellation Confirmation
Customers should retain any cancellation confirmation or other confirmation provided after successfully cancelling a membership.
If you are uncertain whether your membership has been cancelled, contact support before the next billing date.
06 Access After Cancellation
Cancellation of a recurring membership does not necessarily mean that access ends immediately.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, a successfully cancelled membership may remain available through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Once the applicable paid period ends, subscription-based access may be discontinued.
07 Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, Empire Stream TV or its payment processor may attempt to process the payment again.
If payment remains unsuccessful, access to subscription-based services may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and keeping account billing information current.
08 Plan Changes
If Empire Stream TV makes plan-change functionality available, customers may be able to change their membership level through their account or another designated process.
The effective date of a plan change, and any resulting billing adjustment, will depend on the applicable billing system and the terms presented at the time the change is requested.
If a requested plan change cannot be processed automatically, customer support may be required to assist with the request.
09 Promotions & Special Offers
Empire Stream TV may occasionally offer promotional pricing, introductory offers, or other special membership terms.
When a promotion is offered, the specific terms displayed with that promotion will govern the applicable promotional period, eligibility requirements, pricing, renewal terms, and any other conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional pricing does not permanently change the standard membership price.
10 Account Closure
Closing or deleting an account may affect your ability to access subscription services and account-related information.
Customers should cancel any active subscription before requesting permanent account closure if they do not wish to continue being billed.
Account closure does not automatically guarantee that a previously processed subscription charge will be reversed. Refund matters are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and any rights provided by applicable law.
