01 Policy Overview
Empire Stream TV respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and expects users of the platform to do the same.
If you believe that material or content made available through the Empire Stream TV platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright complaint for review.
This policy describes the information that should generally be included in a copyright infringement notice.
Important: A copyright complaint should be submitted by the copyright owner or an authorized representative acting on the owner's behalf.
02 Copyright Notice
A valid copyright complaint should identify the copyrighted work that the complaining party believes has been infringed and provide enough information for Empire Stream TV to understand the basis of the complaint.
Because Empire Stream TV may make content or platform features available through third-party technologies or services, a complaint should identify the specific material or location at issue whenever reasonably possible.
03 Notice Requirements
To facilitate review, a copyright infringement notice should generally include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work. Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material. Provide enough information to identify the material or location that is the subject of the complaint.
- Contact information. Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address or other reasonable contact information.
- Good-faith statement. Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- Accuracy statement. Include a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature. Include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

05 Review Process
Upon receiving a copyright complaint, Empire Stream TV may review the information submitted to determine whether the complaint provides sufficient information for further action.
Additional information may be requested when necessary to clarify the identity of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, or the authority of the person submitting the complaint.
Empire Stream TV may also consider information provided by affected users, content providers, technology providers, or other relevant parties when evaluating a complaint.
06 Removal or Restriction
Where Empire Stream TV determines that action is appropriate, it may restrict access to or remove the material identified in a valid copyright complaint, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the matter.
Empire Stream TV may also take other appropriate account or platform actions where warranted.
No automatic removal: Submission of a copyright complaint does not itself establish that infringement has occurred. Complaints are subject to review.
07 Counter-Notification
If material has been restricted or removed because of a copyright complaint and the affected party believes the action was based on an error or misidentification, that party may contact Empire Stream TV with information explaining the basis of the dispute.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, additional information or formal counter-notification procedures may be required.
Any counter-notification should clearly identify the material at issue and explain why the submitting party believes the material should not have been restricted or removed.
08 Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate and consistent with applicable law, Empire Stream TV may take action against accounts or users that are repeatedly associated with valid copyright infringement complaints.
Such action may include warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination of account access.
09 Misrepresentation
Copyright complaints should be submitted in good faith and should contain accurate information.
Knowingly submitting materially false or misleading information in connection with a copyright complaint may have legal consequences.
Empire Stream TV reserves the right to respond appropriately to submissions that appear fraudulent, abusive, or materially misleading.
